Aloo Matar,This is a recipe for Aloo Matar that I got off the internet. I went for my first Indian food experience, and happened to order Aloo Matar even though I had no idea what it was. It was fantastic! So I went searching right away for a recipe that I could use at home. Who knew it was so easy and inexpensive!!,I decided to make this because of a tickle I had for Aloo Matar a year ago, that blew my mind in an Indian restaurant. This recipe was very helpful and very easy.. Indian food is fun to make. I added a little extra corriander powder and Man what a hit. Im so happy about it.,Not really what I had expected. Made it as stated and found it a bit bland. I am pleased I tried it though. Thanks for posting.
