Amanda’s Chicken and Rice, This is a simple recipe involving only a few ingredients. Great for when money is tight or if you’re a beginner cook and need something rather easy., I was not in a hurry while making this so I browned the chicken first. Probably didn’t make a difference in taste but sure was pretty. The recipe, with chicken broth instead of water as noted by another reviewer, was a wonderful touch.
