Amanda’s Parmesan Chicken,This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. Great to make for a large group. We made this recipe for the dinner party that we had for a group of my daughter and her friends for Homecoming 2008. It is so good. We looked for recipes all over Zaar and the Internet. This recipe came from Simple Recipes.,Great baked chicken! Made for a late lunch and took no time at all to bread the chicken and get it in the oven. I added some lemon pepper along with the black pepper and extra minced garlic. Next time might add another pinch or two of italian seasoning. Always have chicken breast in the freezer so this will be a go to recipe. Thank you Vic for a good meal! Made and reviewed for Susie’s World Tour 2019 – Italy.,I love oven-baked chicken. used chicken breast tenders and they really turned out nice and crunchy. I also increased the amount of parmesan and used panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier result. Served this chicken along with some marinara sauce.
