I kept my oil around 350 to 375 when frying the bread and that worked well Just a couple of minutes on each side to brown and then I drained them on paper towel-lined baking sheets Next time I would maybe keep them warm in the oven since it took a while to make them all, but they still tasted awesome They were even good warmed up with a little butter and cinnamon-sugar
