Americas Test Kitchen Skillet Baked Ziti

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is delicious and was so much simpler than my normal go to Ziti recipe. What a wonderfully adaptable one pot ziti! (Tho I did use a 2nd pot cooking hot italian sausage which I added) the only other tweak was I added some chopped onions and sauteed them first before adding everything else. Next time I might finely chop in a jalapeno because I like a little heat.

America’s Test Kitchen Skillet Baked Ziti,From the TV show, only one pan, easy clean-up and very good flavor.,This is delicious and was so much simpler than my normal go to Ziti recipe. What a wonderfully adaptable one pot ziti! (Tho I did use a 2nd pot cooking hot italian sausage which I added) the only other tweak was I added some chopped onions and sauteed them first before adding everything else. Next time I might finely chop in a jalapeno because I like a little heat.,WOW! What a great recipe! I loved how simple it was and loved that it was all done in one pot. No need to boil water for the noodles and cook them separately which is so nice. The flavors were delicious. Next time I’ll add some browned Italian sausage!
