Amish Bread for the Bread Machine,This bread is very light and airy. It is due to the fact the bread is put through the rising cycles twice.,The most amazing bread and I didn’t do the 2nd cycle. Can’t imagine it being any better. Soft, tender, fine crumb. Used for sandwiches. Very happy.
