Directions
Amish Casserole, I love this simple, basic, main dish Including the prep time and the actual minutes of baking this casserole, it can be prepared within an hour , I being Amish I don’t see how this is Amish Yumazuti Casserole I have lived in 3 different communities this is not how we make it There has been a lot of changes made in this version that is almost not recognizable We do not use tomato soup and we don’t put sugar or Seasoning Salt, of any kind in it there is no way would we ever use fake Velveeta cheese in it The shredded cheese is just not on top it is layer throughout, if it is use at all We have a cream chicken base that we use in it along with dice or stew tomatoes and we don’t always use straight hamburger lots of time its half sausage and hamburger
