Directions
Amish White Bread, This is my favorite home baked bread recipe I got it from an Amish cookbook years ago and no other bread recipe I have tried beats it It is a standard in our house with beef stew , I chose this recipe as most bread recipes are for only one Ioaf and I prefer to make as much as I can at once so I doubled the recipe making 4 I’ll keep 1 and give the rest to neighbors and friends Especially in these difficult times making bread lifts my mood I did not have Crisco on hand so used organic coconut oil instead 😉
