Ande Ki Kare (Curried Eggs),Hard-boiled eggs in a curry sauce — awesome!,This was a very nice hot dish to have as a light lunch. We served on toasted rye bread to soak up the sauce. A nice heat kick , however found that the garam masala was a bit too much for our tastes & will cut back next time. But really liked how quick it was to make with spices that I normally keep on hand. Thank you Cluich. Made for PAC 2009,Hard-boiled eggs in a curry sauce — awesome!
