Angie’s Hash Brown Casserole, This is a dish my dad’s wife makes , I would like to tweak the name to Grandma Tingley’s or Louise’s hash brown casserole My grandma made this for almost every get together, even Thanksgiving when we all want mashed potatoes, I think we got those too, she had a huge mess in her kitchen that’s how you knew it was a holiday, the mess and the smells and her finding time to come and ask each one of us how we were doing I miss that lady soooooo very much Anyway the casserole is very very good Try it who knows it might end up being one of those food items that your kids and grand-kids remember you making and therefore the memories of family time that often happens far less often once the patriarch dies Sadly , This is such a hearty casserole! Great as a side dish or even for breakfast or brunch I loved how easy it was to make and it was so good!
