Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Grease Loaf Pan and Set Aside. |

Combine Flour, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda; Stir in Sugar and Butter to Combine. Add Raisins, Stirring to Combine. Add Eggs and Buttermilk. |
