Ann’s Crunchy Peanut Brittle, This is a must at Christmas I like it because it is crunchy and not sticky , Tried another recipe and it turned out a tad sticky Yours was perfection Way to go! used sunflower seeds instead of nuts and it was amazing!, I make this every year at this time One suggestion, break up the peanuts and use slightly less It makes the stirring easier and gives a better result, I think I also sometimes add a dash of cinnamon

Mix and Set Aside the Butter and Soda. |

in a Large Pan, Mix and Boil the Sugar, Water,and Syrup to Hardball Stage (254 Degrees F). |
