Directions
Ann’s Crunchy Peanut Brittle,This is a must at Christmas. I like it because it is crunchy and not sticky.,Tried another recipe and it turned out a tad sticky. Yours was perfection. Way to go! used sunflower seeds instead of nuts and it was amazing!,I make this every year at this time. One suggestion, break up the peanuts and use slightly less. It makes the stirring easier and gives a better result, I think. I also sometimes add a dash of cinnamon.
