Anyday Louisiana Biscuits

Features:
    Cuisine:

I usually make the biscuits from the recipe on the side of the Clabber Girl can, but I saw this and thought it'd be good to try something new. And they were lovely...ish. The texture was amazing, it was so fluffy and moist, but as for flavor, there was something missing. That might have just been because used unsalted butter instead of margarine, so I want to give this another shot. It's nice that the batch only makes 5, so I don't have to do math to get a sample sized batch. :P
