    This is definitely more than the sum of its parts. I really liked the flavor combination.
    Made for Freezer Tag 2008. I made the casserole through step 7 then froze it. I thawed it in the fridge for a day before baking, covered about 30 minutes. Then I uncovered it and baked it about 20 minutes more.
    Very nice flavor and very filling.
    Be sure to drain the spinach very well so you don't get a soggy casserole.
    I'll make this again. A nice change of pace from my usual hamburger casseroles.
