Anzac Day Oaty Biscuits

Features:
    Cuisine:

I found this recipe for a healthier Anzac Day biscuit on the New Zealand Heart Foundation website. It comes from a program they have done aimed at schools. I was also drawn to it because of the lack of coconut which I was finding in a lot of Anzac Day biscuit recipe. Since I am not a fan of coconut these sound perfect for me. The recipe didn't give a yield. So, I am guessing on that.
