Instruct Butcher to Cut Rib Section Lengthwise Into Individual Ribs, and Crosswise, Through Bone, Into 2- to 2 1/2-Inch Long Pieces. |

Combine Remaining Ingredients in a Saucepan; Bring to a Boil. |
