Sour Cream & Apple Coffee Cake,This is a really good coffee cake. It’s hard to eat just ONE piece.,Everybody in the family LOVED this! I think I made this in an 8×8 inch square pan. I sprinkled some brown sugar on top, gave it a nice cruchy crust.,Delicious! Very easy to make. Bake time was in 9×9 Pyrex dish was over 60 minutes. Cooled cake is 2 3/4 inches high at the center. I’ll definitely use this recipe again!

In a Small Bowl Mix Nuts, Cinnamon, and 1 Cup of the Sugar; Set Aside. |

Cream Butter and the Rest (1 Cup) of Sugar, Beating Until Light and Fluffy With Electric Mixer on High. |
