Apple Bread ABM, This recipe is something I made up in hopes to use up some chopped apple danish filling I had made for another recipe, but I somehow screwed up It’s a nice dense bread, sweet, but not too sweet This will make two 9 inch loafs , Enjoyed this very much! Was hoping to find a yeast apple bread that was easy and this fits the bill Doubled the cinnamon otherwise made as posted Made for Spring PAC 2014

Place Apples Pieces Into a Mixing Bowl and Stir in Cinnamon and Brown Sugar; Let Rest Together Overnight - This Will Create Your Apple/Sugar Juice. |

Separate the Apples from the Sugary Juice and Place Them in the Bread Machine, Along With Your Dry Ingredients, and Butter. |

Measure Out One Cup of the Sugar Juice, and Separate Your Egg White. Add Liquids and Start the Machine, Manual or Dough Cycle. You Want the Dough to Create a Ball. |

When Dough Cycle Has Finished (my Machine Takes 2 Hours and 11 Minutes For the Manual Cycle), Divide Dough Into Halves. Place Each Half Into a Well Greased and Floured 9 Inch Loaf Pan (i Lined My Non-Stick Loaf Pan With Parchment Paper, Rather Than Grease & Flour). |

Bake at 350f For 50 Minutes. |
