    Combine Sourdough Starter, Greek Yogurt, and Whole Wheat Flour in a Bowl Cover and Leave at Room Temperature Over Night or at Least 3 Hours.

    Prepare Spice Mixture:

    Mix All the Spices Together. Place 1 Tablespoon of Spice Mixture in a Bowl and Add the 1 Tablespoon Flour and 1 Tablespoon Sugar Toss Into the 4 Cups of Diced Apples. Set Aside.

    Topping:

    Combine Brown Sugar, Chopped Pecans or Walnuts, Oats, Flour, Ground Flax Seed, 2 Tablespoon Spice Mixture, Unsalted Organic Butter Softened. Set Aside.

    Add to the Remaining Spice Mixture Salt, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda.

    Beat Butter in a Mixer and Add Sugar Until Light and Fluffy, Add One Egg at a Time. Until Light and Fluffy.
