Apple Cranberry Crisp Pie

Features:
    Cuisine:

The taste is great but I could tell I'd have some problems with the texture if I didn't make adjustments, which is why I'm not doing a star rating. used dried cranberries that I plumped up with a bit of boiling water, then drained. That way they sweetened the filling slightly and didn't release liquid. I also used an extra apple and used ground oats in the filling which really soak up the liquid well.
