Apple Nut Cinnamon Muffins With Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Topping, One of my family’s favorite apple muffin recipe, the topping on these muffins is delicious!! This recipe makes about 30-32 mini muffins also , I added a creme cheese mixture to middle of muffins Soaked diced apples in water with sugar, light brn sugar, pinch of allspice Refrigerated for 1 hour, drained, then added to recipe I I also sprayed chopped nuts with butter cooking spray Then sprinkled nuts with a light brown sugar, cinnamon, pinch of allspice mixture Put in oven, wrapped loosely in foil on 300 for 20 minutes Allow to cool before adding to recipe , Excellent recipe Moist and good flavor Not too sweet I will definitely use this recipe again No substitutions, made exactly as recipe reads
