In a 6 or 8-Quart Kettle Combine Apples, Water and Lemon Juice. |

Bring to a Boil. |

Reduce Heat, Cover and Simmer 10 Minutes. |

Stir in Pectin; Return to a Full Boil, Stirring Constantly. |
