Directions
Apple Oat-Bran Muffins, These muffins are delicious and loaded with fiber and heart-friendly oat bran They may truly be the breakfast of champions You may use Granny Smith or Gravenstein apples, but feel free to try your favorite green apple You can freeze what you don’t consume right away for a later date , These are simply fabulous!, These are great! They’re super easy to make, they’re really healthy, and they’re delicious They have no added sugar and lots of fiber and whole grains, but they still taste good used 3 cups of white whole wheat flour (instead of the 1 cup of white flour and 2 cups of whole wheat) and added a chopped pear I found that it worked better to cook them at 350, but my oven might run a little cool Also, make sure you freeze or refrigerate what you don’t eat the first day or so I didn’t the first time I made them and the fruit went rancid This recipe made 24 muffins for me, rather than the 10-12 that it says This is definitely a keeper!
