    Apple Sour Cream Coffee Cake, This is a scrumptious coffee cake that is sure to please everyone – even those not having coffee , Would you recommend making the whole recipe in the 9 springform pan but keeping the apple amount lower , I made the cake in a 13×9 dish The beginning photo shows a round cake Which is correct? I thought I divided up the pastry part evenly but The tip layer didnt quite cover the apples adequately Maybe the apples were cut to thickly Would that problem have solved itself by using a 9 inch round pan? Thanks for any help you can offer
