Directions
Applesauce (For Canning),This is another from the Ball Blue Book. Posted in response to a request. The cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice are to taste. Thus no exact measurements.,We made 9 quarts, and will make more! We only used half a bushel of apples from the orchard down the road. I love the feeling of knowing exactly what is in it……fresh wholesome ingredients and no added sugar.,I have never canned before, how do you check to make sure bubbles are out?
