Applesauce Multigrain Muffins, An adopted recipe from a multigrain hot cereal box Easy, tasty, and healthy! Also, made from ingredients I generally have on hand, which is great Vegan with substitutions , Very tasty muffin! A tad more cinnamon next time, though 🙂 Also, ingredients call for multi-grain cereal in the topping but instructions say oats, which is what I will use next time Multi-grain was a little hard It was okay IN the muffin though!
