Applesauce Oat Pancakes,These are like having a slice of apple pie for breakfast except healthier. These are great spread with apple butter or topped with glazed apples.,Both of my kids (and I) love these pancakes. I make them the smaller size as recommended by the recipe. They are good with unsweetened apple sauce on top followed by real maple syrup.

In a Large Bowl, Combine the Oatmeal, Flour, Baking Powder and Spices, Mixing Well. |
