Directions
Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins,This is an awesome recipe that my wife just made this morning. The TOPPING is the key to making these extra yummy! Tasty way to get your morning oats!,Not bothering with topping. Instead, subbed flaxmeal for egg. Whole for skim (blech!), EVOO and pumpkin spice. Added 1/2 each mini morsels, chopped walnuts and raisins (I like mine loaded with fun yummies). Batter now tastes really yummy.,This is the exact recipe from the Quaker Oats website. You shouldn’t take credit for it. Also, I’m updating my review. These had NO taste. They were dull and boring. Even the strusel topping couldn’t save them.
