Cook the Cauliflower by Steaming or Boiling Until Just Tender; Do not Overcook! Drain and Set Aside. |

Mix the Garlic With the Tahini, Cumin and Lemon Juice. Season With Salt, Pepper and Hot Pepper Sauce. |
