Arabic 7 Seven Spice (Bokharat),Arabic 7 spice (bokharat) is mixture of spices you can buy ready at any Middle Eastern grocery. If you don’t have one where you live, you can make using the following.,I keep a small jar of this on hand all the time. When I have leftover rice, I saute it in butter and this mixture, throw in a handful of frozen peas near the end, and LUNCH!,add a teaspoon to the cooking water when you cook rice.
