The fruit, berries and nuts are good for you too.,Delicious!!! Love the flavor combo of blueberries and peaches. used non-fat blueberry yogurt and skim milk for a practically guilt free smoothie. Made for PRMR.,This is a nice smoothie recipe. used plain non-fat yogurt so added some extra vanilla and some splenda for sweetness. I also omitted the salt and used ground almonds in place of the pecans. A great way to use up those Arctic wastes! Made for PRMR.
