Argentine Grilled Flank Steak,My daughter brought this recipe back from her honeymoon in Argentina. It is very simple….the longest part is just marinating. (8 hours). This is not included in prep time as it is inactive prep time. Any leftovers are great on a sandwich or on a salad!,This was so good! The weather is starting to get warm and allow us outdoors, so it was nice to have an opportunity grill the beef. The marinade adds a nice flavor base to the beef. I served it with steamed peas and Jasmine rice. Thanks, breezermom!,My mom used to make flank steak but I had never tried it. I ended up marinating it for a couple of days because the grill ended up under a bunch of snow. This time I made it inside in the oven and it was good. Expect it will be even better when I try it on the grill this summer.
