Arroz Con Queso (Crock Pot), Good kid-friendly vegetarian side-dish I found the recipe on-line , Same here for the other comments on doneness and dryness I give this 3 stars however, because it is easily tweaked Next time I will also add some salsa In a panic I added some tomato juice about halfway through because we werent anywhere near dinner And I will reduce the time Perhaps add some heat I also changed out the beans to black beans as that was what was on hand This recipe has inspired me though The foundation is here , This recipe has all the ingredients that I love, however I found after 5 hours on low, the rice was a glutenous mass and it was dry Maybe adding all the cheese at the last minute would help and less cooking time
