Artichoke Chile Dip, A great holiday appetizer A favorite every Christmas Eve and it goes fast!, Wonderful I love Artichoke dip and this is no exception I followed the instructions and served it with homemade pita and tortilla chips I even had some left for a snack the next day Made for Spring PAC 2011 , Very easy to make and yummy I served it with tortilla chips and veggies I subbed grated low-fat white cheddar for the mozzarella b/c that’s what I had! (for PAC fall)
