Artichoke Dip, This is my favourite appetizer recipe — because it is so quick and delicious. Less than 3 minutes of work time and 15 minutes of baking time. It’s a great one to take to someone’s house — it travels well and can be cooked in the microwave for 4 minutes instead of the oven. I usually use low fat mayonnaise and cream cheese., I don’t have a food processor so I just get canned quartered artichokes and use a hand mixer. Sometimes I cut the artichokes up before I mix them, sometimes I don’t. It just depends on how chunky I want it., I’ve been making this dip for years. I love it. It is the perfect blend of ingredients and is always a big hit when I take it to potlucks and dinners. It is super easy to make.
