Asian Influnced Salmon,This was created for a seafood marinade or rub challenge.I didnt want a heavy marinade on my salmon as the fish is a beautiful tasting fish to begin with. If you want it stonger tasting with a bit more heat,add a bit more salsa. used my own hot salsa but a store bought one will work.,I made this for the DM and myself and we thoroughly enjoyed. used a mild salsa (as the DM is not big on spicy) but added some chilli to my portion to perk it up. The only recommendation I would give is to lightly oil your baking pan as I had the salmon stick and it broke up a little in getting it out.
