Asian Spiced Chicken With Vanilla Apricot Sauce, I got this recipe from McCormick This recipe has a unique contrast of flavor, is healthy, uses ingredients that most people have on hand, and is so good! I have altered it a little from the original I like to serve over rice with crunchy wonton strips on top (original recipe used wonton cups, no rice & served as an appetizer) I double the sauce when I make it because it’s that good! I don’t know of many asian resaurants that make a dish this great!, We thought this was mediocre and won’t be making it again I also wouldn’t necessarily call it healthy It is low fat, but the sauce is almost completely sugar, between the jam and the orange juice One serving has 1/2 of my daily caloric intake , This was delicious–made it exactly as written and would not change one thing about this recipe
