Asian-Style Grilled Tilapia,“I have to put this recipe somewhere before it gets thrown away!! It was in the paper as a “Quick Meal”. I just love tilapia!! Feel free to add more garlic or ginger to this sauce….the more the merrier, right?”,Looked and smelled amazing, but my pan shattered when I took out of oven. Ugh!,I liked this a LOT. I also doubled the marinade and used half on my stir-fry veggies that I served with it. I added it when the veg were almost done, so as not to overcook any of the marinade ingredients. Served it with brown rice. Yum!
