Asparagus Breakfast Casserole, This is sooo good. The asparagus is a nice change. Great for that special Brunch. Plan ahead, needs to refrigerate 12-24 hours before baking., I loved this recipe so much! I needed a great brunch dish and this one was a breeze to make. I loved how easy it was to make. If you want to plan ahead of time, you can assemble the night before and bake off the day off. So easy and delicious!
