Asparagus Parmigiana, Since I started Somersizing I’ve been eating some of the best food around. I found this recipe at 3FatChicks.com and it’s been one of my most recent favorites. The recipe originally should be for 4 servings, but I can eat this as a whole meal!, Mirj, this recipe is really wonderful! It is sooooo tasty and makes the asparagus the star of the show! My mum has been making the very same recipe every year since we were old enough to enjoy asparagus. YUM! used white local asparagus, a little more butter and cheese than the recipe called for just cause thats the way I know this recipe. It was so good! Cook Asparagus in Boiling, Salted Water For 5 to 7 Minutes, or Until Al Dente. |
