Asparagus with Prosciutto, I just found this in a pile of magazines, and thought it would be good for the board meetings we cater for at work-or weddings, parties, anything!, The recipe stated cut pastry into 4 pieces, even with 2 sheets that’s not enough for 16 servings. Is the servings wrong or the number of sheets of pastry? Do you use 2 asparagus in each like the picture or one as directed in the recipe? Ingredients sound great but it is a poorly written recipe., The picture shows 2 asparagus spears and the recipe calls for us 1. I will use 2 like the picture shows.
