Preheat Oven to 400f. |

Peel and Mash the Yams. |

Mix in Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Egg, Evaporated Milk, Vanilla, Maple Flavoring, Salt, and Butter. |

Pour Into Greased Baking Dish (9" X 11" or 7" X 10" Work Best). |
