Aunt Jenny’s Deep-Fried Seasoned Pork Chops, These chops are tender and juicy on the inside and crispy golden brown on the outside and so flavorful!! Serve with fried potato wedges for a delicious “finger-food” dinner or with mashed red-skinned potatoes, sweet corn and green beans for a bigger meal! We also sprinkle Frank’s Redhot on these chops when gobbling them up!! Finger-lickin’ good! :D, Great recipe! I’ve tried so many different ones and haven’t really liked any of them. This one is a winner?, Hey double dip in flour. Let it sit with first flour counting for 1min or 2 Then put in flour mixture again. You will have the crisp. But I love the panko also
