1/4 cup green pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
2/3 cup water (or half a soup can)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 lb spaghetti

Aunt Pats Spaghetti Casserole

    This was a very easy and good dish to prepare...kids and adults who do not like a lot of spice would really enjoy this. My grandkids loved it. DH and I liked it but next time we both agree that half ground beef and half mild/hot sausage and some spices would add to the flavor. Thank you for an easy kid-pleasing dish. Made for Spring PAC 09.

    Cook and Drain Spaghetti Noodles.

    Brown Beef, Onion, and Green Pepper in Butter Until Lightly Browned and Vegetables Are Tender.

    Add Soups, Water, and Garlic; Heat, Stirring Until Blended.

    Stir in Noodles and Half the Cheese.

    Pour Into Greased 3 Quart Casserole and Top With Remaining Cheese.

    Bake at 350* About 30 Minutes.
