    Great recipe. I am a huge fan of peas and always looking for new recipes. I was a little apprehensive of the mustard in the dressing and even more concerned when I tasted the dressing right after I mixed it - the mustard was very dominate!! However, after refrigerating it overnight, that dressing was incredible and I have a new favorite pea salad recipe!!

    In a Medium Bowl, Combine Peas, Sliced Water Chestnuts and Red Pepper. Mix Yoghurt, Mustard, Dill, Salt and Pepper in a Small Bowl. Add to Pea Mixture and Stir to Combine Ingredients.
