Tomatillo Salsa,I was looking for a tomatillo salsa recipe for canning & couldn’t find one that suited our Taste so, I came up this this one. Everyone that has tried it likes it. We have a lot of tomatillos in the garden, so I wanted a way to use them.,This recipe is most certainly delish, but it only made 3 pints, not 6. I would have doubled the recipe if I had known. No matter, I will definitely make it again.,My eyes opened wider than with espresso! I think any germs I may have caught this year are dead. Wow! I have 13 minutes, 12 ….to go on first batch. I roasted peppers and tomatillos. I like this recipe. I did add less cumin and one roasted sweet pepper. Next batch will tone it down with 1 cup fresh cooked tomatoes. Pickled beets by the end of the week then on to applesauce . Thanks! Nancy Utica, NY
