    Melt Oil in a Large Pot Over Medium Heat. Add the Onion and Saute Until Just Golden, About 10 Minutes.

    Add Tomatoes and Bring to a Simmer. Cook, Stirring Frequently, For 10 Minutes or Until Thick.
