Directions
The Toronto Star’s Irish Coffee, I clipped this back in the early 1980s from a Toronto Star article on St Patricks Day, and just found it tonight! Talk about timing!, To make it more fun, instead of the brown sugar, pour the coffee in the mug then hold a teaspoon with a lump of sugar in it over the mug, pour the whiskey over the sugar, teaspoon and into the mug Still holding the teaspoon in place, light it and let it flame briefly then dunk it into the coffee, stir and top with the whipped cream
