South African Chicken Curry, I learned how to make curry from a very good South African friend Over time I have changed it up a bit to suit my taste My SA friends actually love this when I make it I serve it with curried daal and basmati rice Don’t forget to add chutney and sambals! Enjoy!, This was a a decent curry, if a bit bland While I was cooking this, it smelled exactly like the great chicken curry from my neighborhood African restaurant, but by the time it was done it tasted completely different I think it could use some more curry powder and garam masala, and it should taste perfect, though a bit untraditional
